Monday Makeover

Built in 1911 this beautiful substantial 8 bedroom house in Bridgewater, Somerset is full of character maintaining it’s original leadlight windows. Surrounded by beautiful mature gardens this is a perfect english country residence.

We decided to give a makeover on one of the beautiful sunny light living spaces of which this house has 4 sitting rooms. The space has a lot of potential with a beautiful stone fireplace, bay window and high ceiling. However the furniture is dated and the red carpet didn’t do the space justice.
